Everything was amazing. It was modern yet had a nice traditional twist to it, which is what I wanted to get away from city life. All inclusive was amazing and as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner we were also served snacks. Non alcoholics drinks were supplied throughout the day as part of our package. The spa was amazing. Hafsa, Hakima, Samira and Huda were amazing and priced well too. The staff were all welcoming and very helpful. Especially Mustafa and his team at reception, always happy to help and went above and beyond. Entertainment was fabulous. The free shuttle service to the souk was really convenient and saved us taxi fares. I will definitely be coming back here with family.

The best part was the staff (including our housekeeping staff). I would tip every single one of them if I had the chance to do so. They go above and beyond to do things for you and always greet you with the biggest smile. Youness Boukhari sticks out in my mind especially. There is a slight language barrier for folks who only speak English but the staff still try their hardest to accommodate for you. The only mishap by the hotel was giving an extra bed instead of a crib and that might be due to a misunderstanding that we were visiting with our 16 month old and not a grown toddler, this of course was resolved immediately. We practically had everything available 24/7 with our all inclusive package, the food was delicious and had a huge variety, with different types of entertainment each night.

Very friendly staff, beautiful rooms, we got a free upgrade which was such a treat. Everything looked liked the way it was shown in the photos. Also the grounds are big but not too big that I felt worried about my kids. The spa service was wonderful- amazing staff.

The staff are amazin so attentative and caring and loving and kind. Got such lovely bond with them all. Also we got upgraded to superior rooms so was like having a lovely flat to ourselves front room 2 bathrooms massive balcony also window terrace massive bed huge wardrobes and storage just amazing.

The staff yousef Faza hadil aissa houda were absolutely amazing couldn't do enough to help you with anything you needed a total credit to the hotel amazing kind genuine people 😀 food was good rooms nice for a lovely Xmas getaway

First time visiting morrocco (marrakech) and we all very much enjoyed our experience as a family. The resort was aesthetically pleasing and hygienically clean. All the staff members were very welcoming and hospitable and went above and beyond our expectations, especially Anmour (breakfast,luch supervisor) and all the animation team especially the girls who our girls loved!

Very friendly staff, they make you feel welcome from the get-go. They were attentive and accommodating throughout my stay. Facilities are very clean, the food is fresh and tasty!

The staff hospitality was amazing ! Especially “ Zouhir “ who was absolutely going the extra mile when it came to anything that would come to a guest’s mind ! I would definitely consider coming back !
